Tube of your choice
No outside filters needed!

Get yourself a coke, settle down and lets? get started. This tutorial assumes you know the basic tools and functions in your paint shop program. But it should be pretty easy to follow. The tube i used is from Joel Adams you have to have a license to use his artwork.

1. Open your tube, copy it and minimize the original for now.

2. Open a new graphic, 1204 x 350 (see what height yours is and add ten to get the height.) Get your dropper tool and choose a light and dark color from your graphic.

3. Go to selections, select all, paste your tube into the selection. Selections and select none.

4. Go to effects, image effects and seamless tile. I used the default settings but you can play with them a bit to get a look you like.

5. Add a new raster layer and flood fill it with your lighter color. Remember this will be stationary so we have to make sure it?s text friendly. Put the opacity to around 75. Merge all layers flat.

6. Go to effects, texture effects, and texture. Choose the texture of your choice with these settings. Remember chosing your own texture will give each one you do like this a different look. And choose your light color for the color. ( I chose medium)

7. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Take your mover tool and move it to the left side or the right if that?s where you want to do it. Remember to change your settings in your letter creator when you put this in or you won?t see it on the right side!!

8. Add a drop shadow of your choosing. Here is the settings I used.

9. Merge all flatten. Then export it as a jpeg and it?s ready for letter creator!

Remember depending in your tube, the seamless tile settings and the texture you use this is endless! You can also make a little header to go with the stat to be more creative and give it a little something different. Thank you for trying my tutorial! I?d love to see your results if you like to email me a sample I?d be happy to put it on a page here at the site. All credit given of course! Please do not copy and paste this tutorial in any email program or group. You may share a text link only! Thank you for your understanding!
