I am using the artwork of talented Johnnie Grez. To use his artwork you may pay for a license here. Please do not use it without proper licensing.

1. Open your graphic pick a light and a dark color from the image.

2. Image, add borders, use your light color 2 pixels

3. Image, add borders, dark color 10

4. Get your magic wand out and click on that 10 pixel border.

5. effects, dsb flux, bright noise use mix and 65 (or whatever setting you think looks good for the image you choose)

6. effects, image effects, kaleidoscope at these settings



Select none

7. Image, add borders, light color 2 pixels

8. Image, add borders, dark color 20 pixels

9. select with your magic wand.

10. effects, dsb flux, bright noise same settings as before

11. effects, neology, transparent bulls eye at default setting

12. Select none and then get your wand ready and select all the rings in that border.

13. flood fill with your light color, select none.

14. Selections, select all, modify, contract 20 and invert.

15. Adjust, blur, gausian blur at 5. Select none

16. Image, add borders 2 pixels your light color.

17. Get your magic wand out and select the 2 pixeled border. Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow at this setting and then repeat with 1, 1, 50, 2



This is a good time to get your text and copyright on them!! So do that and then continue on with 18 :)

18. Get your Freehand selection tool ready to go, go point to point, add, 0 feather and 0 smoothing anti alias off.

19. Go around the colored part of your eye.

20. Duplicate your image in your layer palette so it has 3 layers.

21. On your top layer go to effects, dsb flux and spider web at this setting.



22. go to your next layer and change the ray to 13, and then the next layer and change it to 16. Select none

23. save this as a pspimage and then open it in animation shop. Check and see if the speed is good for you. If you like it fast than resize, optimize and save. other wise you can ctrl-a to select all frames, right click on the top blue bar choose frame properties put a higher number in there the slower your animation will be.

24. Resize if needed and optimize and save! You are done :)
