Are you ready? Let's go!
1. Open your image and resize it so that it is no larger than 300 x 300.
2. go to layer pallet and right click. Choose promote background layer.
3. Pick a dark color for your foreground color and a light for your background. Make sure they compliment each other.
4. Image, add borders, 3 pixels, choose your dark color and hit ok.
5. Image, add borders, 10 pixels your light color.
6. Get your magic wand and choose the 10 pixel border.
7. Effects, texture, tiles at default settings
8. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur at 5. Select none.
9. Repeat step 4. Minimize this for now.
10. Open a new transparent image 500 x 500. you can resize this to your liking later.
11. Copy and paste your image you made onto the bigger canvas.
12. Duplicate the image and close off the top layer. Activate your original layer.
13. Effects, mura meister copies at this setting
14. Un hide your top layer and add a drop shadow of your choice. Merge layers visible.
15. Add a new raster layer and move it to the bottom. Flood fill this with a color of your choice.
16. Add your embellishments and brushes. Don't over do them or you will over power the tag itself.
17. Add your copyrights and your text and merge all flatten. Resize or crop to your desired size :)
18. File, export, export as jpeg and you are done!
