4 or 5 tubes of an artist of your choice (make sure you have permission to use them before doing so and give proper credit where it's due!
A saying or quote
A bling or gif for animating
1. Open a graphic 700 x 600 don't worry we will resize it later. This is just so you can get an idea of what you are working with.
2. Open your tubes and minimize them in psp. Make sure your main tube is open and active and choose 2 colors out of it. Your choice since you are using different graphics here.
3. Flood fill your canvas with your background color. Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer. Move it to the left or right side depending on the look you are going for.
4. Make your background layer your active layer. Go to effects, texture effects, and blinds. Use this setting.

width-5, opacity-25, color-black, horizontal and light from left/top checked
5. Add a drop shadow of your choosing on your main tube before we go any further and merge visible.
6. Get your preset shape tool out. You can do these at any shape you want. But make sure your line is only on 1. We don't want a big thick border. When it's the right size for your graphic go to your layer pallete and change it to a raster layer, then duplicate it the same amount as the rest of the tubes you have. With your mover tool move them into the position you are wanting.
7. Get your magic wand out and select your shape. Just the one for now. Selections, modify, contract 2. Go back to one of your tubes with your circle selection tool and select one of the faces. Copy that and then close out that tube we will no longer be needing it. Go to your main graphic and paste it into the selection. Add a drop shadow of your liking and select none.
8. Repeat step 7 two times for each remaining shape you have. Make sure you go to each layer in your graphic or you will have a hard time selecting the shapes. (i've done this on occasion and couldn't figure out what i did wrong lol)
9. When all 3 or 4 shapes are done please make sure they each have a drop shadow and merge visible.
10. Get your text tool out. Choose your text and the size appropriaate for your tag. Make sure you have a saying or quote you want to put on it.
11. Put your text on there make sure it's the way you want and add a drop shadow, merge visible. Put your name in a font that looks nice with your quote, add your copyright and watermark and merge visible.
12. Ok, now we want to add a border so it looks finished. Go to image, add borders and add a border using your darker color in this setting.

Do another border the same way but using 5 px and your light color. Then repeat the original border so you have a nice crisp border. You can play up the 5 pixeled border with a effect or plug in but it's not necessary.
13. Resize your graphic by 75% (or till it's the size you want, you may have to sharpen it if you shrink it to small) and you are finished!!
Unless you want to animate!! he he he he he
I got my animation from here but you can use any kind of bling or animated graphic you find.
1. Open your animation shop (duh right?? LOL)
2. Open your animation. See how many frames there are. Make sure you delete the black one that comes with most blings. That's there so you can see the bling.
3. Copy and paste your graphic into a.s. Right click on the top blue bar and choose duplicate frames until you get the same amount of frames. Mine had 14 frames so i duplicated the graphic till it had 14 frames.
4. Click on the first frame. Then click on teh blue bar to make sure it's the active one. Hit ctrl-a this will select all your frames. Go to the animation and hit ctrl-A to select all the frames and then hit ctrl-c to copy them. Go back to the graphic you made and make sure to click on the blue bar. make sure it's all still selected and hit ctrl-e to paste the animation. now look in your first frame where your mouse is you can see where the graphic starts. put it where you want the graphic and it will paste into all the frames to make your animation work without jumping.
5. Then you are done!! Make sure you optimize and save and go show it off!
