10. You may embellish this image any way you wish to now. Don't forget to add your watermark and copyrights. When finished, file, export as jpeg. but don't close your image yet we will need it for the background.
Background
There will be 2 parts to the background. There will be sidebars and there will also be a regular background. For the background is really simple we will do this one first.
1. Open a new image 200 x 200
2. Flood fill with your light color.
3. Adjust, add noise, 15, uniform and mono checked.
4. Effects, image effects, seamless tiling at the default setting.
5. Export this as a jpeg and close the tile out.
Side Bars
This is where we will need your frame. bring it up and get your selection tool ready.
1. OK, using my screen shot as an example choose part of your graphic like this. and copy and paste as new image.

2. You should have a perfect sidebar. I didn't close mine off at the bottom or the top. So there is no need to do seamless unless you would like to close them off. this is your choice.
3. Export as jpeg.
Now all that is left is to put it in your letter creator. This is realitively easy. Just put your background and header as you normally would. and make sure while doing the right and left sidebars you put them both at top so they don't move while you type :) This is it! You did it!
