WHAT ARE PROCESSES?
A process is a technique or exercise that we use to somehow,
by various means, raise our vibration or release our resistance so that we feel
better, thereby shifting our point of attraction.
Often we will write down what we’re thinking on a subject,
then find a way to “make the best of it” and find a better way to look at the situation. Our goal is to feel better without requiring
conditions to change. As Abraham often
says, sure, we’d feel better if conditions were different. But we need to feel better before conditions
can change. how about feeling
better conditions.
Sometimes we play the “wouldn’t it be nice if” game in order
to raise our vibration by opening ourselves to possibility.
Sometimes we add color and texture to our desires thereby
raising our energy and bringing our vibration to a closer match to what we
want.
We like to say, “The universe doesn’t speak English,”
because the universe isn’t listening to our words, the universe is responding
to our vibration. We do processes to
move our vibration in the direction of what we want – which always boils down
to, we want to feel better.
