 ABOUT CRAWLEY DOWN GIRLS

CRAWLEY DOWN GIRLS is an equal opportunities club where a strict code of conduct is adhered to. Footballing ability and experience is not essential, just the will to learn and play the game. CDGFC is affiliated with CDFC which holds the highest Charter Standard Club award approved by the FA.

This in turn means we will be able to offer the highest quality training with all sessions being taken by FA qualified coaches. CDGFC are now trying to give this same opportunity of quality coaching to girls football as they are now trying to run a girls youth section to accompany its senior team.

WHAT ARE WE TRYING TO DO

CDGFC are trying to run girls teams for the 2008/2009 season in the following age groups.

Under 16 - the player must be born between 1st September 1992 and 31st August 1994

Under 14 - the player must be born between 1st September 1994 and 31st August 1996

Mini-Soccer:

Under 12 - the player must be born between 1st September 1996 and 31st August 1998
 

Any girl over the age of 16 may sign for the ladies team.

All teams will be affiliated with the Sussex County FA and will play League games on Sundays.

HOW DO I BECOME PART OF IT

SO WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

ON SUNDAY THE 20TH OF JULY CRAWLEY DOWN GIRLS WILL BE HOLDING TRAINING SESSIONS FOR ANYBODY INTERESTED IN PLAYING FOR CRAWLEY DOWN IN THE 08/09 SEASON.

IT WILL START AT 10.30 AM AND IS BEING HELD AT THE HAVEN CENTRE IN CRAWLEY DOWN. (HOPHURST LANE, CRAWLEY DOWN, WEST SUSSEX, RH10 4LJ)
