• Recruitment :
  -have to be loyal to the clan(no fake members)
  -every new recruit goes reported to the Leader and Co-Leaders
  -the tryouts are made exclusively by the Leader and Co-Leaders
  -members need to get authorization from a Co-Leader or Leader to tryout
  -no cheaters allowed
  -no clan hoppers allowed
  -check the identlty of the wannabe member (clans he's been if any, time playing UT, ecc.)
  -every wannabe member must enter ClanBase
  -the suspicious member get on a trial period in which every member is watching over them.In case the suspicions are confirmed the trialed member is out
  *Note* Member stealing is dissallowed. In case the wannabe member is in anohter clan, he/she must exit that clan before applying for a tryout
  
  
• Members may :
  -advertise
  -invite other players into the clan
  -contact other clans for alliance or clanwar
  -ban/kickban users from the channel (valid reason needed)
  *Note* Kicks can happen for entertainment reasons, and can be scripts. It must be understood those were just scripts and that it wasn't meant to be for serious. In case it was serious, it is noted in the reason section.
  
  
• Members may not :
  -arrange clan wars of alliances without the permission of the Leader or Co-Leaders
  -accept or tryout wannabe members without the aproval of the Leader or Co-Leaders
  -kick members out of the clan without the approval of the Leader
  -spam on clan channel (that goes for everyone)
  
  
• Recruiting Requirements :
  -Low/Mid Skills
  -Good attitude (no laming, bitching about)
  -TeamSpeak usage
  -ClanBase membership
  -Work as a team player
  -Respect for clanmates

• Channel rules :
  -you may advertise other channels/servers/clans but in a time interval of 10 minutes
  -cursing is allowed but don't exagerate
  -warez links are allowed, but no porn links are allowed
  -no spamming allowed
  -no racism
  -no abuse/harassment
  

• Clan Leavings :
  When a member leaves the clan, it is noted he may reapply again after a time. He can reenter 2 times, after which on the 3rd time a trial is arranged and members vote for his stay/leave.
  
  
• Warning System :
  Violation of the channel rules will result in a channel warning. 3 channel warnings and you are banned for 1 day. 1 chan warning gets removed every 24 hours. There is no backing down on the system. The ban will stay untill it finishes.
  
  Violation of the general clan rules will result in a clan warning.
  On the 1st clan warning, the member who gets it is suspended from matches until further notice.
  On the 2nd clan warning, the member who gets it is put on a Trial Period on which he has to prove himself before being admitted fully back in the clan.
  On the 3rd clan warning, the one getting it is kicked off the clan.
  
  If a cheater is discovered among the members, the warning system is bypassed and he gets kicked off without any means of returning to the clan.
