If you would like a quote on more than one of the same thing (e.g. two pairs of yarn falls) please fill out two separate order forms so I dont get confused ;)

Terms & Conditions (yawn)
1. I cannot accept returns due to Health and Safety laws.
2. I can only give refunds on purchases if they are actually faulty, and I dont take responsibility for the monkeys at the Post Office doing horrible things to them en route. I can rarely refund actual cash, because I rarely have enough of it- my earnings go straight into rent, bills and groceries... unfortunately I *don't* have a business bank account with piles of gold stacking up so that I can retire before I'm 30 :( So, refunds will almost always be in the form of gift vouchers, except in exceptional circumstances.
3. I must receive payment from you before making your order, as I need the money to buy in materials. If you send a cheque, I will wait for it to clear first.
4. There is a 4 % additional charge for using Paypal to pay- sorry, it's just how much they charge me for receiving payments through them :/
5. If we are doing a trade/ part exchange, I must receive the item(s) from you before I start making your order.
6. If you change your mind about what you want *after* you've sent payment, please contact me ASAP- I can't return materials to the suppliers once I've bought them, so you need to mention it fast! If it is too late, I'll still try my best to adapt your order though, because I'm nice ;P
