The official newlsetter of the Central Pennsylvania Model Car Club is titled Classic Plastic© and is issued on a monthly basis. It is e-mailed as a full color .pdf file to those paid members who request it delivered in that manner. Paid members who prefer a black & white printed copy will receive it in the mail about a week later than the e-mail recipients. Getting it by email is definitely better, plus it saves the club postage.
