Here at the bend, we live in our own little piece of heaven. We live on 55 acres of rolling land, tucked in a little bend on the historic Green River, called Coxes Bend. It's one of those places where your neighbors dogs are yours and your's are your neighbors. Our farm offers 40 acres of pasture, 10 acres of woods, and some excellent views!
I have a HUGE passion for trail riding. I don't think there is anything better than climbing on a horse I can trust with my life and enjoying the outdoors with some good friends! So we keep a couple trustworthy mounts here for ourselves, and we keep a couple here to work with so that we can offer the same to someone looking to find that perfect trail horse for themselves. Our geldings have a lot to offer. We like to offer a gelding that has some color, smooth gait, has been there and done that on the trail, is a pleasure to handle on the ground and is overall pleasant to look at. We work with them in the roundpen to establish respect, we spend time with them daily to form relationships, and we trail ride them extensivley to get them used to whatever they might face with their new owners. We only keep a couple of these horses for sale at all times so that we can put the time we feel is necessary toward them. Right now, we do have a few more, but wea re just trying to liquidate some of our stock and thin our numbers even more. We are currently offering 3 well-broke gaited horses for sale.
