15" western trail saddle made by Crates, The Tennessean

owner has had for 1 yr, limited riding in it-less than 15 rides in it.  still looks new from the store.  I have done alot of digging around to confirm this saddle is made by Crates since the saddle tag is missing off the latigo keeper and it is made by Crates.  Has full qtr bars, double round skirts with basket corner stamp in dark oil with a padded black smooth seat.  Owner bought for 1200, I found a retail outlet on web that was selling this saddle a few years back for 850+shipping etc  She is selling this saddle for $800 obo.  I can ship out, buyer to pay shipping fees.
