Courtney Leacock - Voice Over Artist

Available for acting, narration and other work.

This site is a place to showcase my Voice acting career. It's very likely that this site only shows part of the work I've recorded. As with all amateur productions, it takes time to complete a project (in fact many are never finished).

So explore the site, have fun and if you're a producer...  Pick me!

Star Wars: The 'Special' Edition
A Star Wars parody written and (partly) voiced by me. It was animated by Stephen McCarroll aka Steekie and released in July 2006.
The first part can be viewed by clicking the link on the bar above or on Newgrounds.
**Update 07/04/2007** The First part was well received but the second isn't going to be made.  You can read the full cartoon on the script work page. An 'in-spirit' sequel based around Darth Vader is due this year (I hope).
**Update 05/03/2008** It's been a year and not much has happened on 'Vader' so you'll probably find the script in my writing section.

Character/Voices I'm capable of performing.

I am capable doing a wide range of voices but due to inability of recording and posting them all, I thought I'd sum them up. Below is a list of voices I believe I can do. Please contact me for a specific sample.

Characters

Click here for a rough demo.
Sonic, Mario, Luigi, Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Batman (Christian Bale style), Obi Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader (though apparently my Vader sounds Jamaican), a Samuel L. Jackson impression, Mort Goldman, an OK Stewie Griffin, Edna Mode and a load of characters I can't remember at the moment.
Voice Types/Accent
Male child, a whole load of British accents, Scottish, Irish, an OK French accent, Japanese-ish accent, a (campy) Hispanic accent, West Indian (Caribbean) and various American accents.
Voice Range:
Male- Slightly Deep to Very High with an age range of roughly 10 to 70. Female - My only female voices are a comedic impression of the Queen and random elderly women. Though I have recorded a female part that was digitally edited.

Due to nature of Voice Acting, I'm probably capable of more voices than those listed I just haven't discovered/practiced them yet.
