I have recently started writing for Examiner. My link to my site is in the right hand column under Blended Families. It will NOT share your information with me so I won't know if you do or do not subscribe but do feel free to make a comment in comments and let me know. If you sign up to be an examiner (details below), please let me know your site info so I can sign up and follow you too. If you are interested in writing for the Examiner please follow this link: http://www.examiner.com/refer You will have an opportunity to choose your own topic (and there are many to choose from) and you will be asked to submit a sample article. After the screening process you will have a few forms to fill out (via email) and you will be asked to submit a picture and a brief biography. Please make sure to give them my name, Linda Kinyon, and my id number: 25829. You could also include that I am the Examiner for Spokane Blended Families (if there is an opportunity for you to leave that information).
Check out the GPT sites (get paid to) or the PTC (paid to click) sites. Both offer a great variety of ways to earn money. The advantage of the PTC sites is that you can get in some free (in exchange for your clicking) advertising for your favorite GPT sites.
Don't forget to check out some social networks. My favorite is Facebook, but you may prefer mylot or myspace. You will make some great contacts there and often those can turn into leads for your referral's on GPT sites or sales for your other sites. You can also post your articles form your writing sites on social networks and increase your readership which in turn will increase your income.
Do you like to write? Then check out Associated Content. Get paid for whatever you like to write. I submitted a short article and it was accepted very quickly and I was paid very nicely for it! I have over 224 articles on Associated Content now. Take a look at it if you are an aspiring writer!
Another great site for writing is Helium. Helium has recently undergone some wonderful upgrades. Earn upfront payments, an additional $1.00 for writing to empty titles, ad revenue, up to $2.50 per article per month and more. Great opportunities await you in the marketplace and you will find many more ways to earn money on this site. One of my absolute favorites. I have made the front page of Helium this week. Check it out!
If writing how to articles is your thing, check out Ehow.com and teach someone how to do something. Make new friends as you share your articles and read other articles. The more you write the more you earn. I am continually finding new things to write "how to's" about. My latest find is Bukisa. Bukisa seems to be a combination of Helium and Ehow. Write and read and rate others articles. Earn even more. Last but not least is Triond. Though this site pays low it is a great opportunity to get your voice heard. They are continally upgrading and improving the site and it is well worth checking it out. They have recently incorporated google ads into your articles and from the looks of things the revenue is slowly but surely increasing for Triond.
Remember, Multiple Streams of Income. They add up. If you have one site you earn $10 on per month, 10 sites similar will net you $100 per month. Continue building on it, add referral's, write more articles and increase your earnings. The possibilities are limitless. As long as you reach payout on each site each month your income is building. Please note that some sites it may take a month or so to reach payout. This is normal so do not be discouraged. Add more sites slowly as you become more familiar with the system. Your income will increase on a daily basis.
Want something a little bit different? Like to shop? Check out the Mystery Shopping sites (The mystery shopping sites have been recently updated, if you do happen to find a link that is no longer working please let me know so I can remove it~ Thanks! ) for more work from home opportunities! I got into this about 12 years ago. I love it. Pick and choose the shops you will visit. Visit the shop and fill out a report online within 8 to 12 hours depending on the site and submit it. The following month you will either receive a check in the mail or via pay pal. Most shops will reimburse you up to a specified amount. A great way to get free items and to get out of the house for a short time. This is a great way to get some of your holiday shopping done and get paid for it. Simply sign up to do several shops in an area and get your shopping done at the same time. Get paid to shop, how cool is that?...!
