Introduction

The concept behind Perceptual Eye is that our reality is shaped by our perception. In business, our mindset
will determine how much money we make and our overall success or failure in internet marketing. In order to
develop a positive mindset, we must grow ourselves, or in other words experience Personal Growth. I believe
personal growth is the punchline to LIFE. If we are honest with ourselves, there will be a lack of fulfillment in
our lives if we do not grow. I hope this site allows you to grow both personally and financially. My personal
growth page is full of activities that stimulate the brain and hopefully some will challenge you in some way. If
there is a concept or you need further information, I have included a customized search for personal growth.
Make sure you try that out and let me know what you think. I also included a section to help you
GET INSPIRED. This is probably the most powerful part of my website since there are awe inspiring pictures,
videos, and quotes. My hope is this section will make you laugh, cry, shout, jump up and down, just be prepared.
Again I have added a customized search that will give you only the TOP RANKED sites that I have hand picked.
Finally I have added some opportunities that are absolutely FREE.  Please take a look, I would be glad to
welcome you to my team.

Beware Of The Dark Side Of The Net

This topic is so important to talk about. So what do I mean about the "dark side" of the net? It is all
about the "evil" that happens daily on the net. Yes, being scammed or cheated on the internet. I bet
that no matter who you are or how much money you have earned, at one point you probably have
been scammed. I know I have been and I am willing to admit it. Obviously getting burned is no fun at
all and leaves a scar. Since the crooks and scammers are not held accountable, they get the
message that they can get away with it and continue to do what they do. Victims get poorer and the
crooks get richer. Is there anything we can do about this?

I believe that one of the most important tasks we can do is EDUCATE people about scams and
cheaters. By doing this, we spread the word and marketers can find out the TRUTH about internet
marketing and why crooks do what they do. The more we open internet users eyes to the truth, the
less effective scams and cons will be. It is not by accident that we keep clicking the pay button with
failure after failure. Why? Simply because the crooks plan it that way. They create myths and lies that
encourage us to try their program. Why? It will make us wealthy within 48 hours or they make other
hyped up claims. There are no such programs but the crooks convince us otherwise and we continue
to click that pay button until we have no more money.

My article "What's That L On Your Forehead" (below) discusses the difficulty marketers face and the
importance of a positive mindset. We now have to deal with the "dark side"with its venomous bite
along with the plain difficulty of making money on the net. What can we do to cast this poison from our
system? I would encourage you to learn about the Online Business Alliance (OBA) a home based
business that educates the public through a number of digital products and introduces you to the
powerful concept of Stacked Income. I have been involved with OBA for several years and my
experience has been rewarding both personally and financially. By joining us, you can turn from victim
to victor through our supportive and caring family of business owners and send a strong message to
scammers and crooks. We are looking for good people to help spread the word.

What's that L on your forehead?

Let's be honest folks, anyone who has been trying to make a buck on the internet has felt like a loser at
one time or another. However, it's important to realize that this is ONLY your perception, not a reality.
You are not a loser, at least not in the truest sense of the word. Most of us have certainly lost money on
the net.

Ok. Let's get back to that perception. Is it any wonder that we feel that way and that 95% of us are not
successful? There are a number of reasons why this negative perception is born. First of all, most of us are
alone working on the net. And even though we may have a few choice words for our computer from time
to time, it is not much of a conversationalist and doesn't even speak our language. We have no one to
bounce ideas off of, no one to advise us (not to sign up in yet another "hot", "can't miss" program) and no
one to comfort us (after we lost our shirt from that program). Afterall, using the net for your J.O.B. is not
easy! There's no one telling you how you are doing. You can only judge by how quickly your bank account
withdrawals pile up. It's really no laughing matter. It can also take time to see results which can lead to
frustration. If that frustration continues, we tend to start to doubt ourselves and that hideous L starts to grow
on our forehead. But remember, it's just our perception!

After more time, our doubt is solidified and self-confidence is melting away and you become too passive to
speak out or change your ways. By now, your negative thoughts are automatic rolling in like marketers
signing up for the latest and greatest progam. At this point, there is no way anyone can succeed with the L
firmly engraved on the forehead. So what can we do? Remember the word perception? But how do we
change it?

The answer is slowly but surely. We need to fight those automatic thoughts that enter our head? What do I
mean? OK, let's take a negative thought-
so you've made some money, that won't last for long because just
look at your bank records, when was the last time you made a deposit and besides, you're not marketer
anyway, who are you fooling? This thought would typically set off a flood of negative emotions like:  frustration,
sadness, disappointment, anger, etc. What you need to do is react quickly and replace the negative statement
with a more positive one. Break it down. You've made some money from a program. Remind yourself this is
not an easy feat. You are heading in the right direction. If you continue to do what you're doing, you will most
likely be successful again. You can build on this fact. Yes, you have not increased your bank account overall,
but you have not been joining program after program as if in search of the holy grail.

If you can turn your automatic thoughts into positive ones, you will be able to slowly erase that L on your
forehead and create a positive mindset that will draw success to you.
