Keep costs down! Airlines charge for suitcases. Watch what you pack. Do you really need 7 pairs of pants for 7 days? Cut back and pack wisely. Use the Wardrobe tricks: Pack the same basic colors and highlight with a colorful tie or costume jewelry.
As far as freezer bags- use them for shoes and dirty laundry. Toss in your toiletries too! Never have a spill ruin your vacation. Make copies of all documents and keep that in a freezer baggy too.
Join HBO in Bryant Park Mondays. Popcorn supplied! Bring a blanket and some snacks. Which is your fave?

Airlines will now charge? Do you want to pay $15 to cut the line? This is getting ridiculous!
June 16, 2016, Wine Enthusiast invited me to a competition where chefs from 5 top area restaurants of NYC were giving it their best potato at the Eventi Hotel! Paired with Wines from Southern France. #VinoFries
France is known for wine and Fries and my mouth sure gave it - it's best shot. I dined on fries smothered in delicious toppings like Duck, chili with lime, and smoked brisket. Each station brought out wines from southern France to pair their tasty restaurant signature fries.Fries of New York are the best selling fast food but when you get to taste the fries from the top chefs it's a special treat!
I enjoyed meeting Chef Ricky Camacho, of Anejo, for his Carnita yucca fries cooked with pork and lime. Bringing in his original flavors from Mexico cuisine. Chef Pedro Duarte of Sushisamba, Aaron LaMonica of Seamstress, Greg Rubin of American Cut, and Christopher Stam of Spice Market each created an original fry recipe, which they served up alongside a curated group of wines from Southwest France.
My vote went to Chef Rubin for the American Cut. I dined on American cut steak fries with his secret sauce cooked in beef fat. Who won the "People's Choice"
Station 1 had the dry white wines:Light and refreshing for my summer choice.
Station 2 had refreshing crisp rose wines that came alive with berry.
Station 3 Drank the fruity reds that were harvested with a plum taste. These were so good.
Station 4 had the 100% Malbec wine.Wood aged and old vines. Tasty dark wines.
Station 5 For me it was the best was saved for last. Full Body Red Wines. Smooth generous wines tasting of black currants and other fruity flavor.
