Hey member when we used to update the site more...me neither, well
Gider has been mad bussy latley...not really we actaully just got real
lazy. and after listenign to our own demo 53531 times weve grown sick
of our songs. so we are in the process of making more, however we do
have demos for sale if you people want them. alothough not
complete yet there will still satisfy your ear buds. We played a
show for carls grad party which was pretty cool we mihgt have pictures
up if we dont get tired before we finish writing this. If your
lucky. We have
alotta shows coming up that we all physced for incliding this little
dity called SKA IS DEAD. SHits yo its gonna be hella rad so make sure

| Much thanks to everyone and anyone who came to support us at the show tonight!!!! We had an awesome turn out and played a fairly tight set. Everybody keep posted because this saturday we are goin to record a demo so everyone will be able to enjoy the soothing sounds of GDR even at home then!!! We have no current shows ready but some for this summer are still in the works. So everyone keep checkin back at the site and stay tuned because one day we'll have merch and hopefully soon we'll have a demo for everyone to rock out too!!!! -Nick- |

THE show at mohawk with the know how, i voted for kodos, rex banner,
and mechatma went of with a bang. we opened in our flannerl where
day, which quickly turnedint where what you have on day. WE did
good, i unfortunaly didnt get to stick around to hear the others but im
sure they ruled. Pics are up form it if you want to check out how

YO YO we had that show at Broadway Joe's on Sunday it went aight. we butched the new song but ill take blame for that. We will have pictures up when we get them. Soon though. we thank our rents for cmoing out since those are about the only peopel that were there other then the other bands. I think taht pictures are on the myspace so check that out

well whats new with gdr. hmm well were playing a show for kevins
birthday on february 27th(talk to mike for more information
SnausageWrinkle on aim) hope wer eready since eveyrons going outta town
that week before we play. ha. anyways we have a few rumors going around
about horns that could be joining us. im not saying any names since
most likely none of them will happen and ill jsut get our hopes up for
nothing. das was ich habe fur die Uhr. a few new pics for the
sheer fact that we need to keep fans with carl and andys devilishly

YAY GxDxRx finished its first
song...kind of TO MANY TOUCH UPS to call it a final but it will have to
do for now. We got keys and sax finished on Skank the plank
and have the pics to prove it... we really dont need more pics by any

2nd day of recording update (1/17/05)
|
Our second day of recording was about as suceesfull as the first, we
got bass and guitar finished finally on our first song(skank the plank)
and we got vocals down (first try) we still need saxaphizzle and
keys. Ive come to the conclusion that we have the most
sidetracked band ever.. we cant concentrate on anything. and the
fact that boner comes to every practice dosnet help to much. but yeah
havnt had a practice in like 2 weeks BLAH so hopefuly we can finish a
few things this week. We have pics up from recording our second
time if you want to check out the picture section. Talk to yah

happy new yeasr to everybody. well teh site was down for a while (not
sure what was up with that) but now its up and we got some info to fill
in on. OK for starters our horns are flaking out other then
jimmy, the trombone showed up for one practice and we havent seen him
since and the REAL trumpet player hasnt showed up to the practice..
BUMMER but we already have horn parts so if some one has any horns they
woudl like to contribute it would be appreciated. Next order of
business Nate got a recording thing for christmass which means the demo
is on its way we got 4 and a half song planned out gnar dogs anthem,
99cent city, living in paradise, skank the plank(SPOOGED MYSELF) and
one that has the coolest music but cant get lyrics to which makes me
want to turn it into a instrumental but thats kinda a bummer so were
gonna work on lyrics...i'm gonna work on lyrics. thats all i got
for now stayposted and heres a cool picutre for you troubles. and
answers to earie questions, maybe to bosstones, you might have a
disease to the radioactive myers bite, and maybe yoru coole nought to play a "hardcore" show in that kids(mike d) basement

We got another song to add to our list. Its kinda cheese out
lyrics about some dude liking his friends girl its pretty wicked though
without doubt one of our best(OUT OF ALL 4 SONGS) and we have to
possible covers for our first demo tell us which you like more.

11-28-04 Well judging by the hit counter were getting our name out
there... or we really like looking at pictures of ourselves. We
are looking for a TRUMPET at the moment since Dan is gay and sucks at
trumpet(yes im writing this article) we found a possible tromboner and
jimmy is more then we expected on sax so were in good shape but yeah

10-30-04 Here we go again boys and girls. Gnar Dogs revenge is a ska punk band thats is out to make good music. Were in the process of pulling enough GOOD songs togheteh to make a decent DEMO. However we may be playing very secluded shows at peoples houses which you can keep updated on the shows page.
