Mystic Maiden Coralness (Wiggles)
Wiggles was bought on a whim due to her breeding lines. I collected her at 15 weeks of age and immediately though "What have I done !!!". She was untrimmed and completely loopy. However, it turned out to be the best thing I had ever done, as she grew into a beautiful girl and was part of the foundation of the lines I still use today.
She was given the name Kira but she soon became 'Wiggles' due to her whole rear end wiggling when she saw anyone. The only time I called her Kira was when she was being naughty. She knew when I used her 'proper' name, that I meant what I was saying.
She was always highly placed at shows and won Best Puppy In Show and Reserve Best In Show on occasions.
She was always digging with her nose and up to her ears in muck. Her favourite occupation was bringing home pressies for me. Unfortunately they usually consisted of creatures that had died at least a week earlier!!! It was after one of her digging sessions that her nose came up like a balloon. The result was a huge scar that stopped her show career in its tracks at 2 years old.
She was 3 years old when she had her first litter. She was put to a black American import and produced 10 puppies. Seven were black and three were cream.
Wiggles died last year. She was 12 years old and is sorely missed.
