"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Coming Out of Their Shells Tour" aired LIVE on Pay-Per-View in September of 1990 and was released on VHS the following year. In addition to the live concert a "making of" video was also put together and released featuring clips and interviews from the stars and creative team.
