What is Coordination?

The Genesee County Coordinators is a group of county fire leaders who assist Incident Commanders when requested or when several incidents are active in the county.. The Coordinators assist in various tasks on all different levels such as, providing additional personnel, equipment, specialized equipment and mobilizing resources outside the county. Coordination also provides leadership assistance on the fire ground when the incident commander request.
