Coolpig African Pygmy Hedgehogs

Hello and welcome to my site. I have set up this site essentially to document my time living with African Pygmy Hedgehogs and hopefully to inform potential owners of the pros and cons of owning one of these adorable little creatures.

Included on this site are photos of my own little hedgehogs as well as information on caring for your hog and where to get one from. If you are planning on purchasing a hoglet I would recommend that you contact a breeder rather than purchasing from a petshop, more information about this can be found in the links section and also the available section.

As I am enjoying my time with hedgehogs so much and think that they make fantastic pets I plan on breeding my hogs in June. I hope to produce some brilliant pets for people and help to increase the african pygmy hog population in the UK in a positive way by producing friendly, healthy little hoglets. I am really looking forward to the opportunity to share my experiences and love of these fascinating creatures with others!
