Ordering your custom photo card from CoolMamaCards is easy!!!!
Payment is required before I can begin work on your photo card. 1. Email me at coolmamacards@verizon.net with the following information:
a. Type of photo card (birthday party invite, thank you note, anniversary party, birth announcement, etc.)
b. Required text for card (example: child's name & age, mom-to-be's name, time, date, RSVP info, etc.)
c. Customization information (theme, colors, quotes, etc. Please note if you would like one of the cards shown on my website customized for you instead of a completely new creation)
d. If you'd like a black & white card with selective colorization, let me know which color to isolate in the picture.
e. Delivery method - your choice of the full size file emailed back to you to have printed at your favorite photo lab or the photo uploaded to the closest Costco (if you're a member), Wal*Mart or CVS for same day pick up, or if you'd like the cards/envelopes mailed to your home (please specify number of cards, with a 15 card minimum).
2. Attach any digital images you'd like included on your card
3. Before I begin the work, I will email you an invoice for payment. Once payment is received, I will complete your draft with 24 hours (barring any travel, illness, or emergencies here - I am a SAHM, after all)
4. I will send you the draft(s) for you to approve. ONCE YOU APPROVE YOUR DRAFT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRINT. This means that you've double checked the spelling/wording/colors so that it's what you want before it goes off to be printed.
a. For customers picking up their own prints - if the printed item in hand doesn't match what you saw on screen, talk to the photo lab where you picked it up. There are some times where the pictures printed are off due to the photo printing process, and they should reprint them at no charge to you. If you need your image darkened or lightened, I will do that at no additional charge.
