Lorna was 15, a music lover from Cork. Meg was 17, a music lover from Cork. Kari was 17, a music lover from Cork. Ali was 18 a music lover from Cork. They all shared the same passion. They all shared the same dream - to bring good music to the young indie-viduals of Cork. Little did they know that soon that dream would become a reality. On February 26, 2005 these four budding young promoters met at a music workshop hosted by Red FM's Stevie G in UCC, Cork. By the end of that day, Coolaboola Events was born. Since then they have organised three hugely successful gigs in some of Cork's leading music venues, featuring some of the countries best talent (Fred, PlaytOh, Ian Whitty, Lotus Lullaby, Wallmark, The Shades to name but a few!). Not bad for a group of teenage girls eh?! :-P
