its time for a new semester filled with political involvement, enlightenment, and community activism. this semester, the officers of young democrats have re-organized the way we will be approaching the club and are looking forward to an increase in activities, organization, and fun! feel free to check around the new site and participate in what is sure to be a fantastic second semester!

If nothing else, join YD to increase how much control you have over your own life. Our generation has grown up dependent our our parents and representatives to speak for us and control the buttons that determine the quality of our life. At young democrats we believe that the government is for our generation, too. Political activism is something that our generation must embrace in order to challenge oppression and improve even the simplicities of life. YD is just one step towards improving political engagement among young people. And it all must start with you.
