Horse Sports Unlimited!

This year's Year-end Awards Banquet will be held on  Sunday, November 1, 2009, at  the UCC North Thetford Federated Church in North Thetford, VT.  We will have an exact address up shortly for those of you who would like to Google or Mapquest driving directions.

This Awards Banquet is ***Pot Luck***, so please bring a hot dish to share.  We have full access to the kitchen and warming trays to keep our lunch warm!  We plan to eat at 1:30 PM so please plan accordingly.  We will begin presentation of awards after lunch, between 2:00 and 2:15 PM. 

There will be music for entertainment provided by Brian Bowen. 

Even if you are not sure if you have received an Award, please come join us to celebrate the great 2009 gymkhana season!  We would love to see you all!

"Horse Sports Unlimited"

You will continue to see e-mails from cvgymkhana@yahoo.com until we have a chance to change our e-mail address and save all of our mailing list addresses into our contacts!

Also, our website address will continue to be www.freewebs.com/connecticutvalleygymkhana until we have a chance to create a new site for you!  Before our site address changes we will let you know so you can write it down for safekeeping!

The Horse Sports Unlimited committee members are Beth Kendall, Kara Kendall, Ashley Gonyaw, and Darcie Fitzgerald.  Kara, Ashley, and Darcie all ride in gymkhanas, and Beth cheers us on!  This year we are no longer holding our events at the fairgrounds in Bradford.  We feel that the footing in the ring is unsafe, and to keep our event safe for everyone, we're seeking a new location.  Gymkhanas will still be held at the fairgrounds, but under different management, so please don't confuse us with them!  They are operating under the name "Connecticut Valley Fair Gymkhana," so to avoid the confusion that is certain to happen with these names so close, we will be changing our name.
