SCCC ISU Reaches the ASISU Membership Requirement

Thanks to your help,  we have been able to break the threshold of 12 members required by ASISU to be recognized as an official organization

What can I do?

First things first, you can jump on over to the 'Join Us' section and fill out the form.  We'll get in touch with you and you'll be one of our first members!  The next thing you can do is go to the 'Contact Us'  page and let us know of any ideas you have, comments and so forth.  If you know of an ISU faculty or staff member who would or might be willing to act as an advisor, that would be the place to let us know who he/she is.   The third thing you can do is tell all your friends about the SCCC ISU, give them this website, and encourage them to tell their friends.

What's New With SCCC ISU

We are pushing to be recognized as an official club at ISU.  In order to do this, we need 12 paying members who are full time students.  4 of those members, including the Campus Leader need to have a GPA of at least 2.0 so that we can have a Board of Officers.  We also need to find a faculty or staff member to act as our advisor.

I don't expect anyone to pay any dues until we are actually recognized, or close to being recognized by ASISU as an official club.

I am hoping to keep annual fees to about two dollars a person, but we need to see if ASISU has some sort of required fee for the club.  Right now the only expenses I can foresee are the printing of flyers and handouts (which is pretty cheap for those of us with printers...) and the purchase of a URL so that our website can be www.concealedisu.org.

New Advisors

After almost a year of looking we finally have an advisor! Two, in fact. It seems for SCCC ISU, when it rains, it pours.
