BRIGHT GLOW
The objective of this tutorial is to give an image an bright glow.
1. Open the photo you would like to use. I chose this picture.
2. First, duplicate the layer. Layers > Duplicate
3. Go to Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur, and adjust it to about 10 (you can increase the number if you want more of a glow).
4. Go to Layers > Properties, and adjust it to "Dodge" anywhere between 20%-50% (it depends on the image). For my image, I chose 41%. percent.
5. "Merge Visible" the layers. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.
6. You're done! Here is your result:
