and money into developing a community windfarm in return for royalty
payments from an operational scheme? Please comment on what steps
you have taken already and particular ways in which we can help you.

windfarm. Do you have a possible site with a willing landowner?
Please tell us your area (e.g. village and region) and, if applicable, a
proposed site. Please comment on what steps you have taken already
and particular ways in which we can help you. Have you got a

| 3. If you are able to offer expert advice, please comment on the
areas where you could offer expertise i.e. ecological assessments; shadow flicker;
landscape character assessments; photomontages; noise evaluations;
electromagnetic interference; dealing with planning officers and local
planning policy. Also expert advice on windspeed evaluations, civil engineering, electricity
connection issues. Please comment on the terms under which you can offer
this advice and how your charges and approach differs from that which you
would offer in respect of a mainstream wind power developer. |
