In Home Family Support Services

The community volunteers were very impressed with the In-Home Visitation Program and the quality and commitment of the staff. In this process, the program's logic model and budget justification were not as strong as some other applicants and created a competitive disadvantage. The volunteers felt that the parent agency, Children's Home Society, would do well to direct more of its resources to this worthy program.
