Healthcare for the Rural Uninsured

The volunteers applaud the ACORN Clinic and the new director for an excellent application and presentation- this program had the highest rating in the impact area. We were very impressed with the support that this agency is able to garner from student and professional volunteers. We feel this is an outstanding program with a direct impact on our community's health, and we appreciate the fact that it is providing top-notch services to our most underserved communities in rural north central Florida. The volunteers allocated this program more than half of the funds available in this Impact Area. The impact of a dollar in the hands of this agency is undeniable- thank you for providing such an invaluable service to our community!
