Nurturing Program-Home Visitation (Child Abuse Prevention Project)

“CAPP targets a high-risk, high-need population that is difficult to reach through other programs. Because of the limited amount available, we recommend funding to maintain the current service level that they are providing in 2007/2008. We recognize that CAPP will be unable to increase the number of families this program is serving.”
