All About Comfort Collars

 This is Molly - she is the reason I began making collars. 

 Comfortable Collars for Small Dogs came about when I was searching for a soft, lightweight collar for my little Chihuahua, Molly.  She is having some hair-loss issues on her neck and I wanted a collar that wouldn't rub more hair off.  I began making her and the rest of my dogs their own collars out of fabric and ribbon.  They are cute, comfy and lightweight.  They don't mind wearing them at all.

The Kitty Collars are ready!  Kitty colalrs are just a little more narrow (3/8" wide instead of 1/2" wide) and 12" long.  If you are interested in a kitty collar, just let me know and I can make them in just about any of the ribbons or fabrics that the dog collars are made out of.  The pricing for the kitty collars is $8.00 each and includes shipping.  Please check out the Kitty Collar Photo gallery.

              The following (Pink and blue) are a lighter weight 100% cotton fabric -

      "DIVA", "SPOILED" and "PRINCESS" lettering is in Hot Pink,

     "DADDY'S GIRL", "PROUD TO BE A CHIHUAHUA" and "MOMMY'S GIRL" lettering is in Raspberry.  The top two are 10", the next three are 12" and the bottom collar is 14".  Any of the slogan's can be made in any of the above sizes - and you own "slogan" can be used as well.

       Crystals can be added for a little "bling" - are NOT guaranteed

        washable with crystals.

       For the boys, in the lighterweight 100% cotton - lettering in Marine Blue.

       The top two are 10", the next three are 12" and the bottom collar is 14".  Any of the slogan's can be made in any of the above sizes - and you own "slogan" can be used as well.

All my collars are made of 100% cotton fabric or a decorative ribbon sewn to a cotton/poly backing.  They are machine wash and dryable.  They are between 3/8" and 1/2" wide and are made in 10" and 12" neck sizes.  Larger neck sizes can be made to order in the ribbon styles.  Most fabric's can be made up to a 14" neck size.

Please visit the Photo Gallery or click on the links in the navigation bar to see pictures of collars currently ready to wear!  The examples are in 10" and 12" sizes which can be adjusted to fit a smaller neck size.  Larger neck sizes can also be made for a "custom" fit in the ribbon styles and some of the fabrics as well.  If you'd like a custom size, please contact me to check on the availability of the fabric/ribbon of your choice.
