Steve Reekie is an amateur photographer and artist living on the West Coast of the South island of New Zealand.

His interests include exploring the native forest, caves, rivers and coastline & taking nature photographs, especially close ups of fungi, insects and native orchids

The images on this site are a mixture of photographs that have been digitally post-processed, and fractals that have been created using Stephen Fergusons freeware fractal program Tierazon.

As you can see, I enjoy playing with colour and light. I like to think of the experience of viewing my art as a psychedelic trip without the drugs.
