I am junior at a 4A high school, and I am a member of the colorguard. I won't be participating in this season's winterguard, but I look forward to spinning again during the 2007 marching season. Hopefully my senior year in colorguard will be the best yet!
I participated in a successful 2006 marching season, where I performed with all equipment. We had several different directors throughout the season, but we managed to pull it off and perform well.
I was involved in colorguard as an officer during 2005, starting with a very successful marching season. We placed well throughout the season, and there were 10 field members. I performed with all equipment. During 2006 winterguard, my high school fielded both a SAAA guard and a Novice guard. Unfortunately, both guards scored poorly throughout the entire season.
I was involved in colorguard for the first time during the 2004 football season, where I was on the flag line. I went on to participate in winterguard during the 2005 spring season, where I performed with flag and rifle. It was the second year of the winterguard's existence, and we consistently scored well throughout the season.

Although colorguard is definitely a top priority in my life, I am also involved in choir at my high school. I am really close with my friends (mostly band and guard!), my family, and my church. At the moment, I'm looking forward to seeing how my guard improves from last year!
