Adobe Photoshop
First open up an image I will be using a ghost Hissi
Select Layer >>> Duplicate Layer. Click ok.
Click on your first layer and go to Filter >> Gaussian Blur.
Make the Radius between 2 and 10 pixels, depending on how big or small
your picture is.
Click on the second layer and change the layer style to either
Overlay or Soft Light.
Go to File >>> Save for web and click ok.
