Make a Pixelate
The matierals you need
Paint Shop Pro 8

Step One
Pick a picture
I choose this one

So now open up Paint Shop Pro 8 , and paste the picture. Then click on Slections.Select All

Then click on Edit.Copy, then the picture is copied.
Then clcik on Effects.Distortion Effects.Pixelate

If something pops up, just press OK

Then it should look like this:

Change your numbers from whatsoever to 20,20. Just do the same thing I did above
Then your picture should look like this after you pressed OK

That's not the Pixelate dont worry.
Then Click on Edit.Paste.Paste as New Layer

Then your image should look perfectly normal.
Then go to Layers.Properties

This is what you will see under
Change the Opacity to somewhere near 40-45.And you got a pixelate!

Now this is what I do to put my credit on. I take a screenie and open it on paint. Dunno how to do screenies? Go under Screenie Help.
And then add the credit.
