Grid Effect
There are really easy to make, first pick a picture.

First, Go pick a picture, and past it on Paint Shop Pro
Second, click on View.Grid

Then your picture should look like this

After that, click on Prt Scr
Then Click on the grid thing again and the grid should disappear.
Then go to Paint and paste the image, and then crop the grid image part and copy.
After, click on Edit.Paste.Paste as new Selection. Try and paste the image over the other one the best you can then click on Selections.Promote selection to layer
Then , click on Layers.Properties
Then your picture should look like this:

NOTE: the lower the number is the grid disappears.

Then prt screenie again and go to paint and crop down the grid finishing part and save then you're done!
