I have been studying the Natural History of the Lowestoft district for 26 years. I have a considerable collection of records of every living thing. I am a generalist with a particular passion for birds, Fungi & Plants.

I am avaliable for surveys, identification, & illustrated talks. I also offer a guiding service.

EVENTS 2004

Wednesday 12th May 2004 Public Wildflower Walk Carlton Marshes Near Lowestoft Suffolk  Burnt Hill Lane off the A146 Beccles Road Starting at 7pm. Free Event but donations will be accepted. Refreshments afterwards in visitors centre.

Monday 21st June. The Shingle Flora of Kessingland Beach led by Colin Jacobs. Meet behind Old Mother Hubbards Shop, Church Road Kessingland at 7pm TM 534862. £2.00 adults. £1.00 Children. Organised by the Lowestoft Suffolk Wildlife Trust.

Sunday 29th August.  Kessingland Beach. A Joint full day meeting of the Norfolk & Norwich Naturalists Society & The Great Yarmouth Naturalists Society mainly for shingle flora Meet behind Old Mother Hubbards Shop, Church Road Kessingland at 11am TM 534862.

Sunday 26th September. Fungus Foray Waveney Forest Fritton. Led by Colin Jacobs. Turn off the A143 Haddiscoe to Great Yarmouth Road at Fritton Decoy Inn. Drive down New Road & park in the car park at TG466008.
