Big Finish have released the above cover to the December release for the Sixth Doctor, Eddie Robson's THE RAINCLOUD MAN. This sees the Doctor and Charley returning to Manchester and the patch of D.I. Menzies (Anna Hope) - a sequel to Robson's play The Condemned - for more mysterious goings on. Click on the cover to order from the official Big Finish website.
Colin's daughter Bindy will be singing songs from the shows as part of SUNDAY NIGHT LIVE at the Playhouse Theatre, Weston Super Mare on Sunday 30th November. Other guest singers are Adam Hepkin from the UK tour of "Joseph" and Sandy Rass from "Cats" and "Starlight Express". All monies raised will go to the Weston Orthopaedic Development Fund. Despite being on a punishing schedule with his tour around the UK with NOISES OFF, Colin has provided some 'Autumnal' THOUGHTS OF A TIME LORD in his latest BLOG.
Just a reminder that the boxed set of season 23: THE TRIAL OF A TIME LORD is out to buy in the UK from tomorrow. Packed with specially made documentaries, archive clips and commentaries, it will be the definitive overview of this ambitious story which would mark the end of the Sixth Doctor's TV reign.
2009 will see the DVD release of the final two Sixth Doctor stories yet to be issued, THE TWIN DILEMMA and ATTACK OF THE CYBERMEN.

The end of December sees a Big Finish subscriber exclusive featuring Colin and India Fisher as the Doctor and Charley. The Krotons make their return to Doctor Who, a welcome return following their only TV appearance opposite Patrick Troughton's Doctor in the 1960's. The story has been written by Big Finish supremo and part time Dalek, Nicholas Briggs. Th story will also feature Philip Madoc who appeared in the original Krotons TV episode (although playing a different character this time) and perhaps most famous as Solon, keeper of 'The Brain Of Morbius' in 1976.
