New member!

We'd like to welcome Mr. Nathan Jones (Sagacity) on lead guitar to the Chambers Family! We finally have a full unit and will be working hard to be back on stage soon. Keep an eye out!

New website launched

After about 4 years, we finally have a new website. It's nothing remarkably fantastic, but it has everything here, including links to our PureVolume page (where you'll find free COI music downloads) Facebook, Myspace and upcoming shows.

What's going on?

Alrighty, this is what's actually going on with Chambers of Insanity in 2010.
First up, we've been on hiatus since mid 2006, which is gay, I know.
It's been me (Adam), James and Luke for the past 4 years... not to mention, Luke's been in Europe for almost 2 of those years (he gets back in August this year).
We recently recruited a new member by the name of Davey to take up bass duties... he's been a brother for many years, so it should work out nicely.
Once Luke gets back from Shitland... I mean England, we'll be straight into rehearsing like mother fucks and recording our new EP, 'Blood Stained Land', which our good friend Pendo from Grim Demise might be making guest appearance on, doing lead guitar.

We're hoping for our first gig back to be in between October and December, where we'll also launch the EP (which will be completely free!) and have a new line of t-shirts for sale... guys and chicks shirts.
To start we'll just have 3 shows, Newcastle, Central Coast and Sydney (Grim Demise and Sagacity will be playing at all 3, we'll make sure of it), then after that we'll start planning some sort of album and a 2011 tour, to hopefully spread the Chambers Chunk to other states.

This is what's been happening and what's going to happen, hopefully.
So, right now... it's just the waiting game.

PS. As for The Pissheads DVD, that pretty much got put on hold when Luke went away, so we'll also get back into that when he returns.
