HOTEL DETAILS 

Book your room now at the Clarion Hotel & Suites - Emerald Springs.  It is a beautiful spot for our Council of Councils meeting, and we have almost the entire place!  We have booked the whole hotel!  We have an overflow arrangement with a hotel next door, and the Clarion will transport any guests who are staying there.

Rates are $89.00 for a room, or $129.00 for a suite.  Please mention ICAN Vanners to get the discounted room rate.

Comfort is the Clarion's #1 priority... large, individually climate controlled rooms include King Bed or 2 Queen Beds, color remote TV with pay per view movies, Nintendo games, and video checkout, voice mail and dataport phones, refrigerator, wet bar & coffee maker, AM/FM radio/alarm clock, hair dryer and vanity mirror in every room.
 
A Full or Continental Breakfast is available to guests each morning. Lunch and dinner are served daily with a variety of fresh selections.  The patio poolside is a great place to get some sun while you have something to eat or drink!
 
There is a limousine available to take guests to the "Strip" and Convention Center.
