C.O.C.A.A.P. What does it stand for?

People of China's rural areas took a stand against the 1-child policy, where they were victims of forced abortion and numerous deaths of baby girls. Chen Guang Cheng and many other enraged Chinese citizens, rebelled against the government's one child policy.
