The whole box (the size of a VW Beetle) has been rummaged through to pick the best of the dead bunch. If you inquire for a raw body price of $35 ppd. Horses which may have some prepping or customizing done and the price will go up from the raw body price. My policies:
Turn around is around 4 weeks, but that is not garunteed. More than likely, you will get your horse back before the four weeks are up. If there is an extenuating circumstance in my life, you will be contacted within a week of the incident/situation and arrangements will be made.
I will need to have information on the artist who is painting the horse including their name, address, email address, and phone number. I may want to contact them and having this information is very helpful to have at my fingertips.
Life happens, and I may not always answer emails regarding my prepping service, but I will respond within a week.
I will try to have all work done in a timely manner, usually within 4 weeks from when I receive it, but will strive to have it back to you way before that.
However, extenuating circumstances are always a problem. If you need your horse back RIGHT AWAY, please email me and I'll do my best to help you, but your order will incur an Additional RUSH fee of $10.
I do insist that you include a letter with every package that has your contact information (name, phone number, address, email) and lists what work needs to be done. This needs to be on a normal 8 ˝ by 11 inch piece of paper (so it will easily fit into my notebook!) The letter must include what you would like to be done for prep work for your horse from what I list for my service.
This is for my records and your safety. Packages that arrive without any information as to whom they belong or documentation will be held without work until I hear from the owner. If I do not hear from the owner within a month, the horse will be shipped home.
ALL HORSES MUST BE SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE, COMING AND GOING! This is so your horse is covered if anything should happen to it. When you send your horse, you should also provide funds for shipping to its next destination.
If your item arrives with additional damage from shipping, I will repair it, if possible, but at an extra cost. I will provide you with an insurance estimate form for reimbursement from your post office for any damage that is incurred in transit. Insure your horse or I will return it to sender! FYI, I live seven houses from the post office… it takes less than me five minutes walking to get there… about 20 seconds by car.
Standard Fleece Shipping/Show Bag is 15 inches by 15 inches which is $10... made with double thick fleece and a velcro closure.
Fleece Shipping/ Show Bags can be purchased one at a time or by the dozen, please inquire to sizes, colors, and pricing.
