Here is a collection of Zelda CDs that I have managed to lay my hands on. If you like the sound of these, I recommend eBay as that's where I got most of these from. Other sources include CDJapan and Lik-Sang.
Some CD synopses include samples of the music from that CD in MP3 format. Please feel free to download or simply listen to these. If the track list is avaliable for a CD, it will alos be included in the synopsis.
In addition to these, every CD here has two ratings; one for 'Quality' and another for 'Rarity.' Here's a rundown of which ratings a CD can be awarded:

Synopsis: This CD is an excellent collection of songs from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. There are thirteen tracks in total, taking you on a trip around Hyrule's locations such as Kokiri Forest, Gerudo Valley and Lon Lon Ranch. I recommend any true fan to pick this up given the chance, it's well worth the effort and reasonably rare. As you can see from the picture, the artwork is great too and the package is rounded off rather nicely with a booklet commemorating the Zelda series, in Japanese of course!

Synopsis: Eleven tracks are on this CD, which compiles some of the best music from Majora's Mask such as the Boss Battle tune and prologue sequence melody. My personal favourite on here, though, is the Deku Palace tune. The cover dispalys Link with his Hero's Sword and Navi against a blue background. Although difficult to track down, this CD is worth a look for avid fans of Majora's Mask.

Synopsis: This is a huge collection of all 112 tracks from Majora's Mask. Admittedly, some are just simple jingles that play when you, for example, open a treasure chest but it just makes the whole thing feel more complete. Disc one is over an hour in length and Disc two is just shy of the same mark. For fans of Majora's Mask such as myself, I would recommend this whole-heartedly.

Synopsis: A CD which contains a live mix of Zelda and Mario tunes (surprisingly.) There are a total of 18 tracks on this CD lasting around 75 minutes. The very best Zelda tunes on this CD are The Wind Waker Title Screen, Dragon Roost Island, Shop and the original Legend of Zelda Melody. For Mario fans, this CD also has a great deal to offer with wonderful renditions of the classic Mario Theme and some very catchy tunes fresh from Super Mario Sunshine such as Delfino Plaza and the End Credits. Another CD that comes with my highest recommendation. It's not too hard to get hold of either, so it's well worth tracking down.

Synopsis: An excellent 70 track CD containing a hearty mix from every home console Zelda title to date. To make myself clear, there is music from every Zelda except for Link's Awakening, Oracle of Ages/Seasons and The Minish Cap. If the impressive choice of tracks from one legendary quest to the next doesn't get your pulse racing, just wait until the final track! That has to be one of the finest Zelda ensembles ever created, moving effortlessly from one game to the next to bring the CD to an awesome finale. Put simply, I can't recommend this one enough!

Synopsis: This CD has all 82 tracks from Ocarina of Time. I could strongly recommend this CD to anyone who wants a reminder as to how great Ocarina's music was and how well it complimented the supurb graphics and gameplay. As with the Majora's Mask OST, this CD contains all of the jingles and ocarina songs to accompany the main background music. This CD is quite widely avaiable compared to some others in my collection so there should be no excuse for not getting yourself a copy!

Synopsis: There are twelve tracks which are all, as the title suggests, re-arranged versions of some of the best tunes from the epic game. My favourites tracks are Koume and Kotake's Theme, Hyrule Field Main Theme, Middle Boss Battle and Lost Woods. Saying that, each and every song on here impressed me. There is even a version of Lon Lon Ranch with Japenese lyrics! I thought the cover artwork was also great and comes a close second to that of Hyrule Symphony.

Synopsis: A final Ocarina of Time disc compiling the remainig tracks that were cut from the original soundtrack release. There is a good hour of material on here, some of which is remixed or arranged tracks. While not essential for everyone, soundtrack and Zelda completists alike will want this in their collection, and rightfully so. You may need to invest more time and money into obtaining this than most Zelda soundtracks, but believe me it is worth tracking down.

Synopsis: A 2-Disc CD set featuring every last track from the impressive Gamecube title. The celtic feel of the game is very different for a Zelda title and makes the game stand out from the others in the series just as much as the controversial graphics do. I for one really like the music in The Wind Waker and think its likes may never again be seen in the Zelda series. This set lasts around two and a half hours and the rather lovely disc art is also worth noting.
