The condition of this sale is made upon the following terms and conditions:

1. The purchase price of this pup/dog of $_______________is to be made under the following payment

arrangement:_____________.............................

2. (Health Guarantee) This pup/dog is guaranteed, to the original purchaser, to be free of serious infection, disease or

defect for the following period of time_________________________________________________. If during this time

this Pit Bull is found to be defective a replacement by one of equal or greater quality and/or gender will be permitted

within a timely manner..In returning this pup there will be a required signed and notarized statement from a licensed veterinarian stating

the breed, age, history of care, and diagnosis. Upon this proof there will be additional opportunity to have the pup/dog

 examined by a veterinarian of the sellers choosing. If a dispute arises after examination from sellers chosen

veterinarian both buyer and seller will have the opportunity to mutually choose a third party veterinarian and be

present upon examination to help resolve said dispute. Initial transport of this pup/dog back to the seller will be at

the cost of the buyer.

3. This pup is registered with the UKC or ABKC,Sometimes both!!!!!!!!!!!

4. The new owner seller will retain the responsibility of completing all necessary registration information.

5. This pup should be examined within 3 days of delivery to buyer by a qualified veterinarian or the health

guarantee is void. This pup may be returned within one week of sale for full purchase price if it fails to meet a

health screen approval by a qualified veterinarian. Full refund will not be refunded due to sustained injury,

environmental health exposure leading to illness, neglect or abuse or common health or skin conditions that apply to

blue coat colored pit bulls and dogs from a background of blue coat colored pit bulls. If returned upon examination

seller has the right to maintain this pup/dog in quarantine at the expense of the buyer for a period of two weeks with

any associated costs being deducted from the original purchase price.

6. Adequate and responsible confinement will be provided by buyer to prevent escape, harassment by or possible

injury to the general community and in order to assist in the positive promotion of the Pit Bull breed and its

responsible ownership.

7. Buyer agrees to provide adequate food, water, shelter, exercise, health care, and socialization. Enrollment into

obedience training has been recommended to help the buyer in understanding effective means of communicating

with this breed.

8. Buyer agrees to provide updates to seller on the health and well being of this pup and pictures are also

expected after they reach maturity.

9. Buyer agrees to first consult the seller on taking back this pup before selling it or taking it to a shelter, pound,

rescue, or other animal welfare organization for turn-in with the understanding that such a return does not

constitute refund in whole or part. If seller is unable to accept this pup the owner will do their best to re-home this pup

with a new responsible owner!!!!! If such a home is unable to be found in a reasonable period of time owner will do their best to

locate a no-kill rescue or shelter who can accept this pup/dog.

10. Buyer has been made aware of almost certain euthanasia of this pup/dog if it is turned into a shelter, rescue, or other

animal welfare organization and of the unfriendly nature many such organizations have in regards to this breed.

11. Buyer will notify seller, and all organizations that this pup/dog is registered through, prior to selling it to a third

party.

12. In the interest of bettering the breed owner will notify seller and all registering organizations of life

threatening or disabling disease or defects during its lifetime. Such disease or defects include but are not limited to

cancer, hip elbow or other orthopedic issues, heart or other internal organ conditions, cataracts, infertility, birthing

difficulty, offspring with birth defects, mental disorders, etc.

13. All deposits are non refundable but are transferable to another litter, puppy, or an adult from CAMP LO

KENNELS

14. Any knowledge of Buyer or Buyers fighting or cruelty to the purchased pup/dog or being previously convicted of

fighting animals or animal cruelty, the purchased animal must be returned to Seller immediately. Buyer must pay

all fees of the returning process and (or) any additional mediacal, trauma, and (or) rehabilitation that is required for

the pup/dog purchased. If buyer can not send pup/dog back to seller the animal must be giving to the nearest no-kill

shelter.

15. If the puppy being purchased was part of an outhouse breeding that CAMP LO KENNELS may have provided a stud for

or agreed to advertise the puppies on www.freewebs.com/clknc the health guaruntee is void. The health guaruntee

is void because CAMP LO KENNELS did not oversee the dam during her pregnancy we merely provided a service either a

stud or agreed to advertise them on our website therefore we cannot guaruntee the health of the pups since they

were not under our care. Although CAMP LO KENNELS will not sell a puppy knowing that something major is wrong with

the puppy. Seller only gives health guaruntees to puppies that were bred & whelped exclusivley by CAMP LO KENNELS and

overseen the entire time during pregnancy by the seller.
