BELOW THE SCHEDULE IS A LIST OF RULES AND CONDITIONS, ENTRY FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION
YOU MUST READ THIS LIST AND UNDERSTAND IT BEFORE YOU MAY ENTER THE SHOW.
But first:
There are trophies to keep for 1st place in all classes. Sashes for 1st to 4th in all classes plus 5th rosette.

Refreshments are available
Classes may be amalgamated if less than 3 entries eg 13+14, 20+22, 27+28 and so on as appropriate also For the jumping eg 3+4, 6+7
AT THE END OF THE SHOW THERE WILL BE THE SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIP FOR ALL CHAMPIONS AND RESERVE CHAMPIONS TO COMPETE!!! |

Here is the show schedule for September 3rd 2006:
RING 1
Time Class
9.30am Class 1 Best Condition Horse, in hand
Class 3 Best Child Handler, 16 years and under. Judged on ability to show in hand and not on the pony. Bridles only
Class 5 Mountain and Moorland Large Breeds, in hand. No part-breds. Fell, Dales, Highland, Connemara, Welsh C and D
Class 7 Veteran, in hand. Horse or pony 15 years and over.
Class 9 Best Mare, in hand
In hand championship, 1st and 2nd-classes 1, 2 and 4-10
Not before 12 noon Class 11 Handsome Horse, in hand. Entry fee £4. Rosettes to all entries.
Class 13 Tack and Turnout, 13 years and under
Class 15 Equitation, 10 years and under. To include lead rein riders 9yrs and under who mustn't go off the lead in any other class except class 20 (ridden pony). Judged on riding ability.
Class 17 Equitation, 11-16 years inclusive
Class 19 Equitation, 17 years and over
Equitation Championship, 1st and 2nd. Classes 15,17, 19
Class 21 Riding Club Type Horse, 2 small jumps
Class 23 Pony Club Type Pony, 2 small jumps
Class 25 Ridden Coloured, Piebald and Skewbald only
Class 27 Ridden Mountain and Moorland Small Breeds, (Including lead rein) Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland, Welsh A and B

IN HAND CHAMPIONSHIP in RING 1
Not before 12 noon Class 12 Bonny Pony, in hand. Entry fee £4. Rosettes to all entries.
Class 14 Tack and Turnout, 14 years and over
Class 16 Ridden Show Horse, any type eg Hack, Hunter, Riding Horse, Cob
Class 18 Lead Rein Pony, Rider 9 years and under. Ponies 12.2hh and under. Riders in this class not to go OFF the lead in any other class except class 20 (1st ridden pony). Snaffle bit, lead rein on the noseband.
Class 20 1st Ridden Pony, 12.2hh and under. Riders 12 years and under. No cantering except in individual show, any suitable bit.
EQUITATION CHAMPIONSHIP in RING 1
Class 22 Ridden Pony, 14.2hh and under
Class 24 Ridden Arab, Pure, part or anglo
Class 26 Ridden Veteran, Horse or pony 15 years and over
Class 28 Ridden Mountain and Moorland Large Breeds, Fell, Dales, Highland, Connemara, Welsh C and D
RIDDEN CHAMPIONSHIP in RING 1

Time Class
10.30am Class J1 Beginners Lead Rein, Riders 9 yrs and under. Jumps very small.
Class J2 Novice pony, Not to have won a 1st prize in any jumping class, may not enter class J5
Class J3 Intermediate Pony, 13.2 hands and under
Class J4 Intermediate Pony, Over 13.2 hands but not over 14.2 hands
Class J5 Open Pony
Not Before 1.00pm Class J6 Novice horse, Not to have won a first prize in any jumping class.(may not enter Class J8)
Class J7 Intermediate horse
Class J8 Open Horse
Class J9 "Only Fools on Horses" Style Take Your Pick, Points given on each fence jumped. You choose how many and how high you jump.

Ring 4
From 10.30 am CLEAR ROUND JUMPING, all day, Entry Fee = £2.00 per round or 3 for £5.00 |

|
- The organisers will not accept any responsibility for injury, damage or loss sustained to any animal, person or vehicle attending the show.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- No entry fee accepted without the correct fee. No telephone entries. NO ENTRY FEE CAN BE REFUNDED, NOR CAN CLASSES BE TRANSFERRED.
- The decision of the judges will be final. Any objections should be made with a £10 deposit, to be forfeited if objection is not upheld.
- Hard hats must be worn at ALL times when mounted. In the jumping classes the new regulation hat PAS 015 or BS EN 1384 must be worn.
- No horse or pony under the age of 4 yrs may compete in any ridden classes.
- NO ABUSE OF WHIPS OR SPURS!!!
- NO STALLIONS PLEASE OR COLTS 2YRS OR OVER.
- Numbers to be collected from the secretary on the show day.
- All times are approximate, classes will follow on wherever possible.
- Sashes or Rosettes to 5th place in all classes
