Hello, I'm the Program Manager (Administrator) of this Activity "The GENESIS Plan" ("TGP"). THIS IS A LEGAL ACTIVITY THAT FOLLOWS ALL LAWFUL STATUES AND GUIDELINES IN THE U.S.A....Let me say right up front (NO SHOUT IT!)...I personally DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY, NOR DO I NEED ANY OF YOUR MONEY, THEREFORE, I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO SEND ME ANY MONEY, PERIOD!

This is my effort to help others, financially. I've chosen not to receive any compen-sation for this effort because I love the biblical concept of "people helping people". I've heard this statement made many times: "You always get what you want when you help enough others get what they want"! Now, I like that...it makes sense, doesn't it?

I'm a retired businessman from a Fortune 100 company. Since retirement I've gotten interested in the concept of "helping" others financially...I've researched, participated in, and have gotten ripped-off by some programs that started out real strong, but failed somewhat short on their promises. That's when I took my 35 (+) years of business experience and decided to create a legitimate activity (opportunity) that would help everyone that participates.

"TGP" is a new beginning from many struggles, failures and attempts at trying to be successful again. Thus the appropriate name "The GENESIS Plan". I need to explain the concept of this Activity. 'TGP" is a private association of consenting adults (18 years of age and older) who are willingly and knowingly coming together for charitable purposes. Participants have chosen to exercise their right to freely give to others who have joined with the same purpose and understanding.

Access to this activity and participation in, is by DIRECT PERSONAL INVITATION, ONLY. You are a special person and are privileged indeed to have the opportunity to view this unique financial plan. You have just been freely given a tremendous gift, perhaps far greater that you can yet imagine.

Please know that "TGP" is not an investment club, not a business, not MLM, not a company or corporation, not a commercial enterprise of any kind, whatsoever, nor do its activities include the solicitation of anything.

There are no investments, no pay-checks, no products or service to sell, no seminars to attend, no tapes and manuals to buy, and no one makes or earns any money. There are no profit-making benefits of any kind associated with this activity. No benefits or return of any nature is express-ed or implied, and no promises or guarantees of any such return are permitted to be ade by any participant of this activity.

By participating in "TGP" and willingly giving a one-time-out-of-pocket pledge ($20) to ne of its participants, the donor of such pledge has chosen to extinguish all rights to the pledge and cannot rightfully expect or depend on "TGP", or any of its participants for any types of monetary compensation. Anyone seeking to profit from their endea-vors are encouraged to look elsewhere...No such program is offered here.participants give freely of themselves and expect nothing in return.

Guidelines have been established to maintain the integrity and high standards of this activity, and enforce respect for participants and the law as it pertains to gifting. Participants are prohibited from representing the activity of "TGP" as anything other than as stated above.

Maintaining the integrity of this activity and the privacy of its >participants are foremost to ensure that this activity remains viable for the long-term. It is our sincere wish and hope that all who join us will be visited with abundance very soon.

TO ENROLL (FREE) - Simply e-mail your personal information (Name, physical Address, Phone #, Fax #, e-mail address and "Inviters" ID#) to the member who invited you (below). You will be sent your ID# and Enrollment Kit which contains your personalized "FLYER".

TO QUALIFY you will need to enroll at least two-(2) new active people. When this occurs your first person passes up to your "INVITER" (sponsor) and you lose that person thereafter, forever. You may continue to enroll others and keep them in your personal group. This is the only one time you will ever need to qualify, and thereafter, you will be in the receiving position, FOREVER!

TO ENTER PHASE I - Once qualification is completed you will be notified to send a one-time-out-of-pocket $20.00 pledge (gift) to your "Inviter".

TO ENTER PHASE II - Once you have received at least twenty (20) $20.00 pledges you will be notified to send your "Inviter" (the same person) a $200.00 pledge from the pledges you've already received. When this is confirmed you will enter Phase II and qualify to receive $200.00 pledges from your members as they enter Phase II behind you.

TO ENTER PHASE III - Once you have received at least twenty (20) $200.00 pledges you will be notified to send your "Inviter" (the same person) a $2,000.00 pledge from the pledges you've already received. When this is confirmed you will enter Phase III and qualify to receive $2,000.00 pledges from your members as they enter Phase III behind you.

[NOTE: As you move into and through each Phase you will continue to receive pledges from your members in the previous Phases.]

By requesting and ID# you signify that you are at least 18 years of age, and have been personally invited to participate by a current participant, and fully understand what has been stated above.
