What do you need to ensure a top quality installation?

To ensure you receive the very best, on time fitting here are some things to consider:

* Book Your Quotation in advance & if the price is suitable, book an installation date as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

* The Area to be covered should be as flat and true as possible. (Please contact us if you would like our floor leveling service or wall boarding and skimming). We can tile on most surfaces, however the flatter the surface area the better the look.

* Any appliances (cookers, dishwashers etc) should be disconnected & moved if you wish your floor to go underneath them. If you struggle to move these for any reason please ask and we will be happy to help. We can only cover the area that is physically accessible to us. We are unable to tile under plumbed in bathroom suites or under fitted kitchen units. If you wish to remove them we will be happy to tile under them otherwise such areas will be tiled around.

* Ensure you have purchased enough tiles to complete the installation. Re-visiting to complete a job may incur additional charges.

* Floor grouting is usually light grey in colour & wall grouting is usually white, if you would prefer a different colour please specify at the quoting stage.
