I have been creating art of all kinds for many years. Although I enjoy all types of art and have found success in many of them, I currently am producing digital photographic images and wheel thrown pottery. I achieved many things as a high school student through contests, awards, grants, and scholarships. As an Art Education graduate at the University of Indianapolis, my true passions in art evolved to ceramics and photography. I had an excellent opportunity at the University receiving continual scholarships and receiving my first professional art awards in drawing and ceramics.
Currently, I am a high school art teacher at Bloomington High School North in Bloomington, IN. I have been teaching since 2000 and continue to teach more and more mediums as I also continue to improve my education to increase the quality of my own work.
