___________

Open a new image size 700 x 650 - Floodfill white.

Copy and paste the window tube as a new layer - drop shadow

Copy and paste my curtains as a new layer, position on top of the window (see my tag for positioning)

Open the shooting star animation, copy and paste the first frame only on to your canvas. Move this below your window layer.

Duplicate your star layer 3 times for a total of 4 and position them so that the whole area behind your window is covered.

Merge these 4 star layers together and delete any excess that is sitting outside the frame of the window.

So far you should have something like this.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and position it so that it appears to be sitting or leaning on the window ledge.

Copy and paste your scalloped ribbon as a new layer, position this under the window window layer and move it to the bottom of your canvas so that it appears as though its hanging.

Copy and paste your doodles or scraps of choice along the sides or whichever way you prefer.

Merge visible your doodle layers and scalloped ribbon and move to above your white background layer.

Now add my shooting star word art supplied and place this over the curtain valance.

Add your name and copyright info.

You should now have this with the following layers

Background Layer

Doodle/scalloped ribbon layer

Stars layer

Window Layer

Curtains Layer

Wordart Layer

Tube Layer

Copyright Info

Name Layer

Ok? Good, now we are ready to animate.

Open your shooting star animation in animation shop

Back to PSP and hide all layers except for your background, doodle/ribbon and black sky/stars layer.

Edit - copy merged

Back to animation shop and paste as a new animation - duplicate for a total of 21 frames - edit select all

Edit select all your shooting star animation - edit copy - back to your new animation and paste into selected frame and position around as shown below (red is just to show you the placement)

Back to PSP and hide those 3 layers you first copied over and unhide the rest.

Edit copy merged - into animation shop and paste as a new animation - duplicate again for a total of 21 frames - edit select all - copy and carefully position and paste into selected frame.

Edit - select all - animation - animation properties - opaque and change the colour to white.

View your animation and if you are happy save as a GIF file.

All done!
